Connecting human potential,more precisely.
SCOPLE is an HR-Tech company that uses AI and data
to help people with disabilities get hired — and stay employed.
Getting hired is not the finish line. People need to find work that fits, settle into a new environment, and stay long enough for it to matter. SCOPLE connects the journey from hiring to retention, so a job becomes real independence.
The problem was never ability.
It was opportunity — and how people get matched.
After losing his sight, my father still had every bit of his professional experience and knowledge. Yet the disability job market offered him little beyond simple, repetitive work.
That's where the question began: a disability doesn't erase what a person knows and can do.
As a deaf developer, I dreamed of a career in IT but could rarely find the disability-track openings I wanted. Even after landing a job through the general track, meetings and everyday communication remained real barriers.
Our two experiences led to one conclusion: hiring people with disabilities isn't enough — people need work that matches what they can do.
Find work that fits your abilities —
and keep it for the long run. That is why we built Jobility.
SCOPLE combines Scope and People.
It means looking at people more closely — and connecting them to opportunities that truly fit.

to disability employment.

The people building SCOPLE
Capable people deserve work that matches their abilities. A question that began with my father became SCOPLE.
As a deaf developer, I faced the barriers in hiring and communication firsthand. Now I'm lowering them with technology.
We're looking for teammates and partners to build the next chapter of inclusive employment.
